Homemade goods don’t have to look, well, homemade. Try one of our favorite holiday projects- the sparkly snowflake ornaments. Use beads and floral pins to make these stunning holiday decoration.

How to Make Holiday Ornaments

What you need
Holiday Ornaments

Hot glue gun
Cork – use an old cork board or cut up a wine cork
Beads – you can buy beads or buy old jewelry from your local thrift store and re purpose it. Beads can be any size, from small to large. Just make sure that they will fit on the pin without being too wobbly.
Floral pins
Ribbon or a wire ornament hook to hang the ornament.

Step One:

Cut up the cork into small squares. You want it big enough to hold six pins, but small enough to hide behind the beads.

Step Two:

Slid the beads onto the floral pin.
