Yasajima Sasajima, often referred to as the first Japanese Italian Chef, is famous for his unique Italian/Japanese blend of cuisine showcased at his “Il Ghiottone” restaurants in both Kyoto & Tokyo.
The special menu will comprise eight courses priced at HK$1,288 and will feature a combination of Guest Chef Sasajima’s specially created Italian/Japanese dishes as well as Nobu-san’s new style dishes made with seasonal Japanese ingredients.
Sasajimi’s dishes include: Fresh Salmon Confit, Asparagus & Ikura (Salmon roe) Salad; Japanese Wagyu Beef Tagliata; and Matcha Tiramisu & Kuromame Catalanai.
In contrast Nobu’s dishes include: Kue (seasonal Japanese garoupa) Sashimi; Blood Orange & Caviar; and Nobu Beer Ice Cream.
Whilst the chefs will only be in Hong Kong for a few days, the menu will run from March 17 – 31.
