A versatile
supercar that fuses everyday practicality with top-notch
performance, Bentley’s Continental GT enjoys a facelift that ups the luxury coupe’s design, engineering, materials and features.

The new Continental GT is powered by arguably the
most technologically-advanced power unit the world – the 12-cylinder, 6-litre
twin-turbocharged engine with six-speed Quickshift transmission. Maximum power
output and torque is raised to 575PS and 700Nm respectively. Because it is 65kg
lighter than its predecessor, the environmentally-friendly new Continental GT boasts
a 6 percent improvement in its power-to-weight ratio, thus making it one of the
most responsive and easiest to drive.

The classic Bentley matrix grille is reinvented to
add jewel-like detailing to the traditional four-lamp format, while GT’s sporting
credentials are reinforced by the double horse-shoe motif, which echoes that of
the new Bentley Mulsanne and matches with flared elliptical exhaust tail pipes.

Handcrafted in Bentley’s renowned workshops in
Crewe, the interior of the new Continental GT merges lux with comfort with its non-bleached
and UV-resistant wood veneer, cool touch metals and hand-picked fabrics. ‘Cobra’
design seats with multilayer forms are incorporated to provide support and
comfort for those with a penchant for lengthy road trips.

The new Continental GT comes equipped with
touchscreen technology, dynamic satellite navigation software, full music, DVD,
digital TV (where available) and telephone infotainment package. There’s the
additional option of a 11-speaker Naim sound system, which uses Dirac
Dimensions to create a unique sound field that delivers concert-hall quality
throughout the cabin.
