Making its debut in Singapore
this July, the coveted Ferrari FF is a revolutionary four-seater that is sure
to be a hit on the island, judging from the buzz generated at its
international launch at the Geneva Motorshow in March this year.
Lithe and elegant, the FF’s sleek, Pininfarina-penned
supermodel profile is visually arresting and hints at its glamorous, ambitious
hardware. At just 50% of the weight of a similar model, Ferrari’s first
shooting brake four-wheel drive delivers performance and responsiveness at
varying engine speeds; a blistering torque; a top speed of 335km/h and roars
from 0 to 100km/h in 3.7 seconds.
The new Prancing Horse-patented four-wheel
drive system will appease both technophiles and purists: power is still
provided by the rear wheels, with torque transferred to the front axle when
required. The predictive software logic also guarantees maximum traction in
virtually all manner of terrains.
Never one to stint on style, Ferrari has imbued the FF with
a sculptural, streamlined silhouette, with specially designed paint used for
the livery and specially treated leather for the most luxurious, comfortable
interior.
