Many people consider flower arrangement to be an art. It is an art that is present around the world and has originated centuries ago. This art was first known in the classical Greek and Roman times. It became part of the European art culture from the 14th century to the 17th century before going to American and Asian countries.

If you have a small garden outside your home, it’s easy to pick some flowers and make your own flower arrangement you can place on top of a small table. • Triangular Arrangement. This arrangement uses the tallest flower stems in the center with the smaller flowers placed on the sides to maintain the triangular shape. This arrangement is mostly seen in wedding ceremonies.
  • Oval Arrangement. The brightest and tallest flowers are used in the center with this type of flower arrangement. The color and size of the flowers are gradually reduced by degrees towards the sides. This kind of arrangement is often used in formal settings.
  • Minimal Arrangements. This type of flower arrangement uses very few flowers, focusing on the focal flower. It is often used for indoor decoration.
  • Hogarth’s Curve/Lazy “S”. In this complex type of flower arrangement, the flowers are arranged to form the shape ‘S’.
