Aston Martin has extended its brand license agreement to
include the development of international destinations. The expanded portfolio
of Aston Martin’s luxury destinations will include villas, apartments, residences,
hotels, sports clubs and accompanying exclusive leisure facilities.

Each Aston Martin development will complement the renowned British
sports car manufacturer’s signature brand of automotive luxury with the natural
beauty of the locale. First class leisure markets to be targeted include niche
developments in marina spaces, beach, ski, golf and polo grounds.

“Aston Martin has an inherent beauty. It is this design expertise, and an
understanding of aesthetics combined with functionality, that will
differentiate the resort development style of Aston Martin”, says Alvaro Hidalgo
of First Logic, the partner developer of this initiative. First Logic is
currently identifying suitable worldwide locations for this extension to the
Aston Martin brand.
