TBF happily attended the Rebecca Taylor Fall 2011 Fashion show this week, not only to peep at the duds but to gather fashion inspiration for ourselves and of course, you. Here’s the deal – fashion week is so great, but let’s be honest, we can’t afford what’s on the runway so we have to take another route – copy-catting. That’s what fashion is all about. Seeing a style you love, being inspired and utilizing your new-found knowledge while shopping for more affordable items.
Rebecca Taylor had myriad amazing looks walk down that runway. Here’s one we adore and how you can stand out like this model in your everyday life. Take the blouse, for example, which is a neutral combo between pink and beige. It’s silky and gorgeous and totally adaptable to your own style. Tuck a similar blouse into a gorgeous pair of sapphire pants and basically you’re done, save the best part – shoes and accessories. Because the outfit is relatively basic, you have the freedom to decorate yourself with statement necklaces of really, any color. And finally, slip on a pair of basic heels that are neutral and fabulous.
